Pelin Saray's story begins in Istanbul, a city that takes beauty seriously and teaches you to look properly before you act. She trained at Nisantasi University and began her practice there, learning early that the most valuable skill in this work is not a technique. It is judgement: knowing what a face needs, and just as importantly, what it does not.
More than eleven years in practice have only deepened that conviction. Her rule has never changed: understand the face in front of you before you touch it. She works alone, by choice. Every consultation, every treatment and every follow-up is with her, from the first hello onwards. There is no team to be passed along to, and no one else's hands.
Today that practice lives in Richmond, at 50 Hill Rise, on Richmond Hill. Richmond is not a branch or a stepping stone; it is home. The idea is simple: the standard people travel into central London for, now close to home. Appointments only, one person at a time, in a room that stays quiet on purpose.
