Prep and aftercare

Before, on the day, and after.

Plain guidance so nothing on the day is a surprise. Your own aftercare, for what you actually had, goes home with you in writing.

Face Fitness massage

No needles, no devices, nothing added. This is the simplest hour on the list to prepare for.

About face fitness massage

Before

  • Arrive as you are. Makeup comes off at the start of the hour, so there is no need to remove it first.
  • If you have had a skin treatment in the last few days, have an active breakout or a cold sore, tell Pelin beforehand; the hour may be postponed rather than cut short.
  • Eat lightly beforehand if you can. Firm work around the jaw is easier on an empty-ish stomach.

On the day

  • The first 15 minutes are a conversation: your skin, your habits, where you hold tension.
  • The pressure is firm and adjusted to you throughout. You set the limit, and saying so is welcome.

Afterwards

  • Nothing to plan around. Most visits end with a glass of water and a slower walk home.
  • Your face may feel warm or look a little flushed for a short while; this is the work, not a reaction.

Skin treatments

Microneedling and skin booster treatments. The specifics are agreed with you at consultation; what follows is the general shape.

About skin treatments

Before

  • For a few days beforehand, go gently: no strong exfoliants, no new products, and no sunburn.
  • Tell Pelin about anything you take or apply, any recent treatments elsewhere, and whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding; some treatments wait.
  • Bring your questions. There is no such thing as too many at this stage.

On the day

  • Skin is cleansed properly at the start; arrive without makeup if it is easy to, but it is not a problem if not.
  • Comfort is discussed openly before anything begins, and again during. You decide the pace.

Afterwards

  • Some redness or sensitivity can follow for a short time, and many people return to their day quite comfortably.
  • For the first day or two: no makeup on treated skin, no heat, no hard exercise, and a gentle routine only.
  • Daily sun protection matters more than usual for a while afterwards.
  • You leave with written aftercare for what you actually had, and Pelin follows up to see how you are getting on.

Massage and cupping

The slower room of the practice. Cupping is optional and only ever added with your agreement.

About massage and cupping

Before

  • Wear something easy to change out of. A towel covers everything that is not being worked on.
  • Tell Pelin about injuries, recent illness, skin conditions, or anything that makes you bruise easily; it changes what is sensible.

On the day

  • A short conversation first: where the tightness lives and what set it off this week.
  • Cupping is explained and shown before it is used. If you would rather not, that is the end of the matter.

Afterwards

  • Cupping can leave round marks that fade over days; they are not bruises in the painful sense, but they are visible.
  • Drink water, take it easy for the evening, and expect to sleep well.

Injectable treatments

Nothing is carried out on the day you first walk in. Preparation and aftercare are given to you in person, for your plan, in writing. Available to adults aged 18 and over.

About injectable treatments

Before

  • The consultation comes first, as a separate appointment, with no obligation to go further.
  • Bring a note of anything you take, any allergies, and anything you have had done before; these decide what is sensible for you.

On the day

  • Every step is explained before it happens. If anything feels rushed, it stops.

Afterwards

  • Written, personal aftercare goes home with you, and Pelin follows up. Anything unexpected: write, and you will hear back from her herself.

in every case

  • Treatments are for adults aged 18 and over.

  • Every treatment begins with a consultation, and some end there. That counts as a good visit.

  • Tell Pelin about anything that has changed since you booked: illness, medication, a new product, a holiday in the sun.

  • The booking deposit holds your appointment and it comes off what you pay on the day. The cancellation window is in the booking terms.

when to get in touch

If anything after a treatment worries you, or simply does not match what you were told to expect, write. You will hear back from Pelin herself, not a desk.

This page is general guidance, not medical advice. Your own aftercare is written for you at your appointment and takes precedence over anything here.
