What we collect

We collect only what we need to look after you: your name and contact details when you book or write to us; your appointment history; and the consultation and treatment records that are a necessary part of safe care. Photographs are only ever taken and kept with your separate written consent.

This website does not use analytics pixels, advertising trackers or third-party embeds. Browsing this site does not feed your data to anyone.

How we use it

Your information is used to arrange and manage your appointments, to provide safe and appropriate care, to reply when you contact us, and to meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing without your permission.

Consent for photographs

Clinical photographs and marketing photographs are treated as separate things. A photograph is only ever published, on this website or anywhere else, with your specific written consent for that channel. You can withdraw consent at any time: internal use stops immediately, and anything published is removed within 24 hours of your request.

How long we keep it

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, and in line with legal and professional record-keeping requirements for treatment records. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted securely.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to ask for it to be deleted, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
