The short version

Browsing this website does not put cookies on your device. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no social media pixels, no heat maps, no session recording and no embedded third party content on these pages.

Because of that, this site does not show you a cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to while you read.

What a cookie is here

We use the word cookie in the wide sense the law uses it: any storage on or reading from your device, including local storage, session storage and device fingerprinting. The rule we hold ourselves to is the same for all of them. Nothing that is not strictly necessary is written without your permission.

How we measure the website

Looking at a treatment page says something about your health, so we treat this website with more care than a shop would. No third party measurement runs here, and page addresses are not sent to advertising platforms.

No measurement tool is installed on this site at the moment. When we add one it will be first party and cookieless: it counts page views without setting a cookie, without creating a visitor identifier and without keeping your full IP address. It will report totals, never individuals, and it will never be joined to appointment, consultation or treatment records. This page is updated before any such tool goes live.

The two exceptions

First, the payment step. When you reach the payment step of a booking, our payment provider loads its own secure card field and uses its own storage on its own domain to detect fraud. That is strictly necessary to take a deposit safely, and it happens only on that step, never while you are reading the rest of the site.

Second, staff sign in. When Pelin signs in to the private admin area, one strictly necessary cookie holds that session so the system knows who is logged in. It is never set for website visitors and it carries no marketing or measurement purpose.

Maps and social media

There is no embedded map and no embedded social feed on this site. Our address links out to a map service in a new tab, and our Instagram is a plain link. Nothing loads from those services until you choose to follow the link, and once you do, you are on their site under their own policies.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add anything that stores or reads data on your device, this page is updated first and, where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before that thing runs.
