Before you book
Do I need to know which treatment I want before I book?
No. Most people arrive with a feeling rather than a treatment name, and that is exactly what the consultation is for. Pelin will look, listen and talk you through what is worth doing and what is not. There is no obligation to go further.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Because the cost follows the plan, and the plan is decided after Pelin has looked at your face, not before. The exact cost is confirmed at your consultation, once the right plan has been agreed, and you decide from there with the figure in front of you. Booking asks for a deposit to hold the appointment; it is not an extra charge, it comes off what you pay on the day.
How do I choose a safe practitioner?
Ask about training and experience, ask who carries out the treatment and who looks after you afterwards, and expect a proper consultation before anything is agreed. At Pelin Saray every appointment is with Pelin herself, from the first hello to the follow-up.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. Treatments at Pelin Saray are available to adults aged 18 and over, without exception.
Can I ask a question before booking?
Yes. Write to pelinaesthetics@gmail.com and you will hear back from Pelin herself. Nothing about a question commits you to an appointment.
Is it right for me if I have never had anything done?
Many people who come here have not. The first appointment is a conversation, the pace is yours, and doing nothing is always one of the options on the table.
At the appointment
What happens at the first consultation?
A proper conversation. You talk through your skin, your medical history and what you would like to change or protect. Pelin explains the options that suit you in plain language, including the option of doing nothing. If a treatment is planned, you will know exactly what to expect before anything is booked.
Will I be treated on the same day as the consultation?
For injectable treatments, never: the consultation is a separate appointment and treatment, if it is right for you, is booked afterwards. For Face Fitness and massage, the short consultation is part of the same appointment.
How long does an appointment take?
A Face Fitness hour is 45 minutes, with the first 15 spent talking. Skin treatments run 45 to 60 minutes. The first consultation is a conversation and is never rushed.
Will I still look like myself?
That is the point of the whole practice. Pelin's approach is conservative by design: gradual steps, measured decisions, and a preference for doing less over doing too much. How a treatment behaves varies from person to person, which is one more reason everything begins with an honest consultation.
Afterwards
Is there any downtime after skin treatments?
It depends on the treatment and on your skin. Some redness or sensitivity can follow treatments such as microneedling for a short time, and many people return to their day quite comfortably. You will receive clear, personal aftercare guidance at your appointment, and Pelin follows up afterwards.
What if something worries me after a treatment?
Write, and you will hear back from Pelin herself. Your written aftercare says what to expect; anything that does not match it is worth a message, however small it seems.
Why are there no before and after photographs?
Because a photograph goes up only when the client has said yes in writing, in the same light and from the same angle, with nothing filtered and nothing generated. That is a slower way to build a gallery and it is the only way we are willing to do it. Ask to see examples at your consultation.
Practical
Where is the practice?
Pelin Saray works from 50 Hill Rise in Richmond, London TW10 6UB, within easy reach of Kew, Sheen and Twickenham. Appointments only, one person at a time.
How do I book?
Online, in a couple of minutes, with the consultation pre-selected. A deposit holds the appointment and it comes off what you pay on the day.
What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?
Use your secure manage link to reschedule or cancel. It is shown on your confirmation page and included in your confirmation email. The cancellation window and what happens to the deposit are set out plainly in the booking terms.
Do you offer gift vouchers or packages?
Not at the moment. If that changes it will be announced here first, and never at the expense of a consultation coming first.
