MASSAGE & CUPPING

the slower rooms.

Old methods, careful hands, and the rare luxury of being properly still.

Back and shoulder massage in a quiet room

Not everything here is about the face. Massage and cupping are the slower rooms of the practice: time set aside for shoulders that carry too much and minds that will not sit down. Old methods, careful hands, and an hour in which nothing is asked of you at all.

There is no programme to follow and nothing to achieve. You arrive, the room is quiet, and the hour is yours. Pelin works with the same unhurried attention she brings to faces: reading where the body holds on, and taking her time over it.

who this is for

  • Your shoulders and back do a full day's work of their own, and you can feel it by evening.

  • You are curious about cupping and want it done calmly, carefully and with everything explained first.

  • You want an hour without a phone, a list or a single decision to make.

  • You look after everyone else, and have decided, at last, to book something for yourself.

what to expect

Consultation

A short conversation before anything begins: your health, where you hold tension, and what you would like from the hour. Honest advice, with no obligation to go further.

Tailored plan

The hour is shaped around your body, not a set routine. Pelin explains what she suggests and why, and everything is agreed before it begins.

Aftercare & follow-up

Nothing complicated: Pelin tells you what to expect for the rest of the day, and follows up to see how you are feeling.

treatment list

MASSAGE

Unhurried, careful massage shaped around where your body holds tension.

Discussed at consultation

CUPPING

A traditional cupping session, explained fully before anything begins.

aftercare

The best aftercare here is simple: water, warmth, and taking the rest of the day at a gentler pace. Cupping can leave temporary circular marks on the skin, which is a normal part of the method and fades over the following days. Pelin explains all of this fully before anything begins.

questions

Do I need a consultation for massage or cupping?
Yes, though it is a short and simple one, held at the start of the same appointment. Pelin asks about your health and where you hold tension before any work begins. Everything at Pelin Saray starts with a conversation, even the quiet hours.
Does cupping leave marks?
It can. Cupping often leaves temporary circular marks on the skin, which is a normal part of the method and fades over the following days. Pelin explains this before the session so there are no surprises, and if the marks matter for your week ahead, you can simply plan the timing together.
Should I choose massage or cupping?
You do not have to decide alone, or in advance. Tell Pelin how you have been feeling and what you would like from the hour, and she will suggest what suits you, which may be one, the other, or a combination. Nothing is decided until you are comfortable with it.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Because no two plans are the same. Treatment is only ever recommended after a consultation, and the right plan for you may look nothing like someone else's. Costs are discussed openly at your consultation, before you decide anything.
