Where to start

I am not sure what I need

That is what the first appointment is for.

Book a consultation

Most people arrive with a feeling rather than a treatment name. Something has changed, or something has always bothered you a little, and you would like an honest opinion from someone who is not trying to sell you a menu.

The first consultation is exactly that: a conversation about your face, your history and what you would rather avoid, with the option of doing nothing left firmly on the table.

what Pelin looks at first

  • What brought you in, in your own words, and how long it has been on your mind.

  • Your medical history, what you use at home, and anything you have had done before.

  • Which of the five ways of working, if any, is the right place to start.

what this page will not tell you

Booking a consultation does not commit you to anything else, and nothing is sold on the day you first walk in.

questions

Can I just ask a question first?
Yes. Write to Pelin before booking if you would rather ask something, and you will hear back from her herself. The three-question treatment matcher is also there to point you at a starting place.
What should I bring?
Yourself, and a list of anything you take or use on your skin if you can. Nothing else is needed for a first conversation.
