Where to start

tension I carry in my jaw and brow

The face you make at your screen, without knowing.

Book a consultation

Most people do not notice how much their face works until someone asks them to let it go. A brow that stays lifted, a jaw that sets during emails, temples that ache by evening: all of it is ordinary, and all of it responds to attention.

Habitual tension is a pattern rather than a fault, and patterns can be read and eased by hand.

what Pelin looks at first

  • Where and when you clench, and whether you notice it or someone else does.

  • How your neck, shoulders and jaw relate; they rarely act alone.

  • Whether the right first hour is facial work, or a slower session for the shoulders and neck.

what this page will not tell you

Jaw pain, clicking or headaches that worry you deserve a medical opinion first; massage sits alongside that, never instead of it.

questions

Can I combine face and body massage?
Often, yes. It depends on the time you have and what your body is asking for that week. It is exactly the kind of thing the short consultation at the start of the appointment decides.
Is buccal massage part of this?
Intra-oral work is discussed at consultation and only carried out with your clear agreement. It is never assumed.
